Terms and Conditions

By signing the enrolment form (or submitting an online enrolment) you are acknowledging that you have received, read, understand and accept all Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before signing your enrolment form and keep this page for future reference

  • A non-refundable registration/administration fee per student is payable upon confirmation of enrolment. The registration/ administration fee is not a credit or payment against any Term fees.

  • A signed enrolment form for each student plus the registration/administration fee must be received for each new year of enrolment (or prior to the commencement of any dance classes for enrolments taken throughout the year).

  • All active Term 1 enrolments will automatically continue into each new term within each Calendar year and will be invoiced accordingly. If you do not wish to continue into a new term, written notification must be given by the end of the previous term. If notification is not received, then full current Term fees will be payable.

  • Once enrolled students must complete the term in the classes selected. Change of class can only be made at the commencement of Term 1 and Term 2 and only if vacancies exist. No change of class is possible after the end of Term 2 due to concert preparations.

  • Term fees are calculated on a term basis. Once enrolled, full Term fees for all classes will be invoiced prior to the commencement of each term and a copy of the term invoice will be emailed to the email address provided on the enrolment form. Late term enrolments are not discounted until less than 8 weeks of classes remain in any term.

  • Payment for Term fees will only be accepted via the Payrix direct debit system. You can choose payments to be processed from your bank account or accepted Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express).

  • Upon receipt of any Enrolment form you will be sent an Payrix direct debit authorisation/ activation link by email. If you already have an active Payrix account, then activation is not required again. The Payrix diirect debit activation should be completed and submitted asap after receipt and within 48 hours, otherwise enrolment will be considered cancelled.

  • Term Fees will be only through the Payrix direct debit system as stated on your term invoices. If you are enrolled in the Elite Generation Program (a 12 month contract) thenyou may choose to pay your Term fees over the full year on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly or per term basis. The first payment of any annual contract for the Elite Generation Program will commence in January 2025.

  • The following Payrix surcharges will apply for each transaction

    • For each transaction from a nominated bank account - no additional charge

    • For each transaction from a Visa or Mastercard Credit Card 33 cents plus 1.87% of the transaction value

    • For each transaction from an American Express Credit Card 33 cents plus 3.50% of the transaction value

    • For each transaction rejected by your Financial Institution a Failed Transaction Fee of $4.40 will apply

  • Term fees do not include payment for any uniform items, annual performance costumes, annual performance media fee, workshops, exam fees, competition costumes or competition entry and/or media fees.

  • No pro-rata fees or discounts to Term fees will be applied for any absences due to illness, family vacations, school commitments, other extra curricula activity commitments, religious holidays or withdrawal from a class at any time once the term commences. There are no make up classes provided for missed classes when a student is absent for any reason.

  • There will be no classes held on public holidays, school holidays, days where the heat policy is implemented or Concert Days unless advised otherwise. No pro-rata fees or discounts are applied for any days where classes are not held.

  • If for any reason our studio is closed due to Government imposed restrictions on site classes will be moved to online. No discounts or refunds will be offered where classes are available online. If for any reason the studio is unable to organise online classes you will be notified with alternative arrangements.

  • In order to participate in any Annual Concert performances, all fee payments must be current and up to date.

  • For purchase of uniform and other miscellaneous items items payments can be made at the studio by Cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard or Visa. Upon request these items can be processed by direct debit via your Payrix account with uniform collected after the payment has cleared.
