FEES AND CHARGES

ENROLMENT/ADMINISTRATION FEE

An annual non refundable enrolment / administration fee of $50 per student is payable upon enrolment and will be charged through the Payrix Direct Debit system.


Note this does not apply as a credit against fees. Enrolments are not considered valid until a completed Enrolment Form is received, enrolment fee is paid and Payrix direct debit link is valid. All Fees shown are GST inclusive.

CLASS FEES

Tiny Gen/Toddler - $150 per term

Pre-School/Acro class - $150 per term

Ready Set Dance classes - $220 per term

Ready Set Dance & Ready Set Ballet package - $280 per term

Ready Set Dance & Pre-School /Tinies Acro package - $280 per term

Ready Set Dance, Ready Set Ballet & Pre-School/Tinies Acro package - $320 per term

45 minute class - $165 per term

1 hour class - $195 per term

Exam Ballet, Jazz & Tap Class Level 1 & 2 - $400 per term

COMPETITION SOLO CLASSES

(by invitation only)

Shared Solo Class $160 per student per term. Where additional Solo choreography classes are necessary for students new choreography items these will be charged at $80 per solo and will be organised at a mutually agreed time.

COMPETITION TROUPE CLASSES

Tinies Troupe - $150 per term

Junior Troupe - $220 per term

Ballet Troupe - $150 per term

Elite Troupe - $150 per term

Junior Hip Hop Crew - $150 per term

Senior Hip Hop Crew - $150 per term

Inter Troupe - $260 per term

UNIFORM AND MISCELLANEOUS PAYMENTS

Payments for uniform, shoes and other miscellaneous items can be processed through the Payrix system (upon request), or can be paid by EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard at the studio at the time of purchase. American Express, Diners Club or Personal Cheques are not accepted at the studio.

ANNUAL CONCERT MEDIA FEE & COSTUME PAYMENTS

A link will be provided during Term 2 with all payments due by the end of Term 2. The concert Media Fee is a compulsory charge per family participating in our Annual Concerts and entitles each participating family to a digital download of the Annual Concerts to share with family and friends.

EXAM FEE PAYMENTS

Exam payments are not included in your Term Fees. If it is deemed that your child is ready to undertake their exams in Ballet, Jazz or Tap you will be sent an invoice for these charges which will be processed through your direct debit account. Exam dates are subject to advice by Southern Federation of Dance and will be advised as soon as these are known.

COMPETITION ENTRY FEES

Solo and Troupe Media Fees and Entry Fees are not included in the class pricing. Parents will be advised and sent an invoice for any relevant charges to be processed through the Payrix direct debit system for each competition. They will also be updated on how to make payments for any solo entry fees or other applicable charges imposed by the Competition Organisers.

TRIAL CLASSES

Trial classes for new students are offered in a 2 week block only at a cost of $20 per class per week (or $30 per week for Ready Set Dance with either a Ready Set Ballet or Pre-School/Tinies Acro class. All 3 classes $40 per week. Trial classes must be taken in 2 x consecutive weeks within a single term. These fees are non refundable. Trial class fees will be deducted from the full term fees if enrolment takes place within the same term as the trial classes. The registration/enrolment fees become payable upon confirmation of enrolment after any trial classes.

PAYRIX DIRECT DEBIT TERM FEE PAYMENTS

Term Fees must be paid via the Payrix Direct Debit System. If you are a new client a Payrix Authorisation Link will be emailed upon receipt of your enrolment. If you already have an Payrix link activated, then your signed enrolment is authorisation to continue to charge to your nominated account. Payrix direct debit activation must be valid in order for your enrolment fee to be direct debited (and your enrolment considered complete). Fee payments are not accepted at the studio.

If your term fee is $250 or less Term fees will be charged in 2 x fortnightly payments commencing on the business day prior to the commencement of each term.

If your term fee is $251 or more then these will be charged in 4 x fortnightly payments commencing on the business day prior to the commencement of term.


The payment terms can be amended upon request and agreement.

The following charges will apply to Payrix transactions

- From bank account (Direct Debit) no charge

- Credit/Debit Card 33 cents PLUS

- 1.87% for Visa/Mastercard Transactions

- 3.50% for American Express Transactions

- A fee of $4.40 will be charged by Payrix for resubmission of any failed transactions
